Have you found a defective part in your package after purchasing a MÄSER product online? We are happy to send you a free replacement part to avoid you having to exchange a complete set at your online retailer.


Please email us at E-COMMERCE@MAESER.AT with the following information:


1) Invoice for the purchase of the damaged product in PDF format.

2) List of the damaged parts

3) Description and photo(s) of the damage

4) Delivery address for the replacement parts (if different from the invoice address)

Please note that we can only deliver replacement parts to Germany and Austria. In other countries, please exchange the damaged product at your retailer.
